Prof. Nuno participates in Conference on Digital Governance

On April 23, Prof. Nuno joined the III DigEUCit International Conference, held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where he participated in the opening panel “Highlights on the Digital Strategy and European and International Governance”. Alongside experts Carlos Morais Pires (European Commission) and Graça Enes (FDUP | CIJ), they reflected on the challenges and progress of the Digital Decade. The event gathered researchers, policymakers, and students to assess Europe’s digital transformation at its midpoint.
