VIS Team is committed to complying with all the rules within the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, April 27th, 2016) which entered into force on May 25th, 2018.

For this reason, VIS Team assures all users that the personal data they provide on our website is confidential and private, particularly regarding personal data provided by users when filling in our form on the ‘Contacts’ page.
After you fill in the blank spaces on the form, the personal data you provide will be encrypted and transferred to a server that is the property of and managed by VIS Team.

The collection and processing of personal data provided by users on our form is solely for the purpose of being contacted by VIS Team at a later time in order to respond to requests, information, and/or clarifications requested by the personal data subject.
Following the mentioned contact and concerned clarification / information requested by the user, VIS Team shall immediately destroy the personal data they own provided by said user, since the purpose for its collection and processing has terminated.

VIS Team also assures you that in no case whatsoever will data provided by users be transferred or sold to third parties outside of the society / group, and these will also not be used for other purposes than that mentioned above, where personal data will be solely processed by VIS Team.

Users may, at any given time, request the immediate rectification and/or erasure of the personal data they provided, for which purpose they will only need to send an e-mail to visteam@isr.uc.pt with the intended request.
