Abstract

This work introduces a novel method for validating ID and travel documents using compact offline mobile applications. Utilizing biometric templates stored on documents, validation is achieved via a mobile app and artificial neural network. Results indicate high accuracy rates. (CITATION: I. Medvedev, N.
