FCT international panel visit

On January 23rd, the international panel of the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) visited the Computer Vision Laboratory at ISR-UC, home of the VisTEAM.

The visit was particularly significant given that the team was recognized as one out of five ISR-UC’s key achievements during the 2019-2023 period, due to development of algorithms to detect morphing in faces, achieving the Top-1 performer in the NIST benchmark for Morphing Attack Detection (Aug 2022).
